For the first three months, The Nothing Within was enrolled in Kindle Unlimited—an Amazon service that let subscribers read as much as they’d like for a fixed monthly fee. That was a good way to connect with a lot of new readers.

From the start, print editions were available through Barnes & Noble, as well as being available to libraries and booksellers through IngramSpark. But unfortunately, Kindle Unlimited is exclusive for the eBook. An eBook enrolled in KU can’t be offered through other outlets.

So long and thanks for all the readers

I’ve decided to leave KU.

That was a hard decision since I was reaching so many readers through it. But as a longtime Nook user myself, and knowing a lot of people who use Apple Books, I wanted to make it available to a wider audience. The Nothing Within eBook is now available through:

I’m also glad that the eBook is now available to libraries through these organizations:

  • Overdrive
  • Biblioteca
  • Baker & Taylor

Celebration

To celebrate, the eBook will be on sale for $0.99 from Friday 9/20/2019 through Monday 9/23/2019.
