Heading into the season’s final stretch (only one competition left to go!), The Nothing Within has received another award.

Writer’s Digest hosts one of the most venerable competitions for self-published authors. In its 28th Annual Self-Published Book Awards, The Nothing Within received an Honorable Mention in the Genre Fiction category.

This was a tough competition. It’s very popular (over 1,800 entries this year), and all genre fiction novels compete in a single combined category: science fiction, fantasy, mystery, thriller, action adventure, horror, romance…

So I’m very happy with the honorable mention. I’ll share more details when I learn them in March, when Writer’s Digest will publish a list of all winners and honorable mentions on their site.
